Rutiineja

Tässä uudessa elämässä saa tosiaan opetella elämään itse. Ja keksimään itse viihdykettä. Ja viettämään vapaapäivänsä yksin. Nää rutiinit alkaa nyt vaa vähän näyttää siltä. Muut on töissä, mä oon vapaalla. Ja vice versa. Ja ku muilla on aktiviteetteja, yhteisiä, tiimijuttuja, mulla on töitä. Kivaa! Tsemppiä yhteenkuuluvuuden tunteeseen. Sí, a veces hay días malos y a veces días mejores. Hoy es el vez del malo.

Four full weeks

Huh, onpas taas aika vierähtäny nopeaa. Eilen tajusin että oon ollu Rhodoksella jo 4 viikkoa, ja ulkomailla yhteensä jo puoltoista kuukautta. Aika menee nopeesti! Asun taas tropicalissa muiden kaa. Äiti kävi kylässä, mutta lähtee tänään. Sain flunssan. Maanantaina käytiin äitin kanssa turkissa, Marmariksessa.

Kaikki alkaa olla rutiinia, meijän pitäis käydä enemmän ulkona ja keksiä muutakin aktiviteettia ku työt. Kaikki on vaa niin väsyneitä koko ajan. Tähän pitää tulla jotain muutosta, ei me haluta olla tääl koko kesää vaan töissä, ja nukkua kaikkia vapaa-aikojamme. Meil on kyl ihan hulluja työpäiviä välil. Esim tänää mun lauantai, Arr ja Dep suomibussit työpäivän kesto 8.00-23.30, tietenkin aamupalalle vielä ennen kaheksaa..



On Monday we went to Marmaris with my mun who was visiting me here in Rhodes. I've been here 4 weeks already! Time passes by so fast. I'm back in Tropical already, have been actually two weeks now.

We have been so lazy here! We have to go out more often. Every one is just so tired.. Well, not a surprise when the days are so long. For example I have all the arrival and departure finnish busses almost every saturday and my working hours are 8.00 am half past eleven in the evening. Excluding the time needed for breakfast at the hotel before 8 am. I need some life out from the hotel! Maybe I should contact locals from couchsurfing..

Lindos and a thousand mosquito bites

Today I studied one excursion about Lindos and Rhodes old town with Kirsten and Veronika. Beautiful places but what can I say, a tough and long day! So now I just relax, surf in the internet, read book and sleep so long I want to. Morning off and just have to go to kickoff to Rhodes town. Fun! ?

Definitely have to go to Lindos again with a bit more energy and with a memory card in my camera... But well, precious 15 photos taken! Felt like having a film camera with me, when I had to think twice to keep the frame or not. Luckily on digi camera you can take and then choose and delete ;) I also have to take my film rolls to a photography store, to get my negs into real pics. At least some from Järvenpää last autumn and plenty from Tokyo.

And these Greek or Rhodesian mosquitos! I have like 25 mosquitobites and they itch. A lot. Errrrr.

Kolymbia

Well, first week is already behind. Wow how fast time goes! I have had this week my first hotel walk about, tried on the transfer uniform, studied greek night - three dishes dinner and some dance on the table.... , got to know the bamse quite well also and we did go out to Rhodes town to party once! Always when I'm off, everybody else is working, and the vice versa. But today I had a day off and we went to the Tsampika beach with Annu and Markus. Amazing beach! After luch we drove with Annu to Faliraki to check one hairdresser. It wasn't open ( siesta...) but we met the man working there in Swedco and he gave us his card so we could call to reserve time. Finally I could do something to my hair. Maybe some brown stripes? Hope it's not too expensive, as it looked very professional place. Well we will see:)

Tomorrow I go to study Lindos and actually can't wait! I so wanna see the white city and camera will definitely follow me there.

Rhodes feels nice.
